We provide a monthly management report of your financials so you have insights on where the monsye is going and how it is being classified. We also present board materials if you have a board of directors.

To make sound business decisions, you need reliable data. We will update your books weekly and reconcile to your bank and credit card statements monthly.

Note that we do not perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Payroll services. We believe these vendor, customer and employee relationships should be managed by the company directly.

We hold two scheduled meetings per month - an end of month financial performance discussion and a mid month cash flow call. In between, ad hoc calls can be booked for specific initiatives and events requiring assistance or advice. We also have a constant conversation in Slack for any questions and requests.

We compile a pro forma tax return over the summer so you have plenty of notice to plan and execute on strategies to reduce your tax liability. We also prep your business tax returns right after the year-end is closed.
